Although I have had computers for years, in many areas I am still none the wiser when things go wrong. So finding someone as user friendly as Club-Tech has been a great relief. They have a very can do attitude and have never been stumped for a solution yet! Including some quite difficult problems with E-Mail receiving and sending, also various printer problems that have involved dismantling the printer and sorting out its internals etc. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them for value and service
